Morphe brush club- May 2017

Morphe's month brush club for May brushes are a part of their gun metal line so their handles are just so sleek and lightweight. They are all synthetic bristles so that means they are awesome for liquids or cream products since the fibers won't hold on to any of your makeup. They can be especially great for foundation and concealers because of the precise application and you'll actually use less product since the fibers don't trap any product they way natural bristles do.
G1- is a small dense buffer brush that is great for a streak-free foundation application. I personally use the G36 as a foundation applicator because it has a wider surface so I find this brush a bit on the smaller side.  With that being said, I'll end up using this a contour blender since it does also have a rounded head or as a SPF applier.
G38- is a small round contour brush that is great for smoothing out cream products. I mostly use it for blending out my creak highlighters, to buff out my primers or bases before starting a look, or to blend out the under part of my eyes with cream concealer.
G41- okay, I was so stoked to receive this brush because it's a small flat contour brush. I already own the G30 which is the same thing but in a bigger size- which is great for face contouring but not the same story for my nose as it was too big. The flat edge is great for carving out facial features with precision. For people with a slightly bigger nose: this is a great tool to elongate the nose and make it look more narrow.
G40- is a longer fluffier brush than the rest. It's great for packing on under eye powder and highlighter. Remember how I said that the synthetic brushes don't hold product, well that's what you want when applying these kinds of products. Also a great applicator for blush too.
G19- is a very small and precise blending contour brush. It's really awesome for smoking out the lower lash line, applying inner corner highlight or even as a lipstick brush! So many uses!
