Glitter Addict Haul

Another indie brand has been floating through lots of my Facebook makeup groups and has recently caught my attention for two reasons: one- Glitter. enough said on that. two- Debbie S. who makes each of these products herself, is constantly putting in the work to network and share her business everywhere. When I purchased these products, she was selling off of Etsy but I did notice that recently she got her own domain at http://glitteraddict.net  Great for you, Debbie!

setting spray, mermaid vibes palette, tickled pink sequence

mermaid tears, gemini, heartbreaker,
jade, under the sea, queen of hearts

I ordered the Mermaid Vibes Palette and which included 6 hand pressed glitter pans. I did want to switch it up a bit and I exchanged two of the pans for different glitters in her shop. The formula is ultra smooth and light but it sticks to the skin nicely  without that sticky feeling you get when you have to use glitter glue or primer with loose glitter. All of these pressed glitters are super pigmented but heartbreaker has an almost transparent, holographic-y feel. I already knew it was coming like that from the swatches I've seen but I really wanted it for my cheekbone highlight because I love using non-natural colored shimmers, especially when the colors change slightly with the light.
The pans sat in the handmade wood palette and fit together pretty snugly but the only downside with the actual palette itself was that the magnets did not attract to each other from the palette to the cover. The formula allows for them to not dry out but it's a bummer when storing the case. (I learned this the hard way when heartbreaker got a bit damaged when the lid wouldn't attach but it happens and I for the most part gathered heartbreaker back in its pan.) Hey, at least the glittered unicorn icon is just adorable!

tickled pink
This is the black and pink mixed star sequence and I love the girly rock n' roll vibe this gives off. I've already played around and added a black star here for a cute accent to the ends of my winged liner and used the pink ones when I change up my normal every day glitter highlight. yes, I know I'm a bit extra.
setting spray
Last but not least, we have this beauty of a setting spray! The main ingredient in here to love is the vegan glycerin- this will help all your makeup products cling to your skin. If you look at the photo, you'll be able see some silver star sequences in there so it adds for a glamorous decoration when you shake to use it. The label does look a little warped because it seemed that the bottle leaked during shipment - totally not her fault.
I know I will be purchasing a lot more soon because I really want her rose water spray, the highlight duos and I need to get the holographic unicorn stickers for my sticker canvas boards that I use as a background when filming.
Thanks for reading! Head on over to Glitter Addict's site to grabs some great amazing beauty products!
